Hardcore has rediscovered nu-metal and the results are... actually pretty interesting. Of all the bands experimenting with the sonic pallet of KoRn, Deftones, and Pitchshifter PA's Tallah are at the front of the pack. The cover for their record Matriphagy is one of the worst things I've seen since I stopped associating with people who shared Happy Tree Friends videos on social, but the music has absolutely conquered by expectations. Don't skip out on this one!
